100% Cabernet Franc, biodynamically farmed and produced in the traditional Methode Champenois. Aged an average of 2 years or more on the lees with no added SO2 to the wine. Ripe strawberry and cherry on the nose. Lively on the palate, with a pleasing mousse and hints of spice and anise into the finish.
The conversion of the Domaine to Organic Agriculture began in 2010, was certified in 2013, and the transition to Biodynamics followed in 2017.
