Les Complices des Calanques

Les Complices des Calanques is a project born from the friendship and shared passion of five winemakers, chiefly featuring François‑Xavier Barc of Complices de Loire in the Loire Valley and Yannick Burles, whose family has farmed near Sainte-Victoire in Provence for over 200 years. Together, they source fruit from carefully selected plots in Provence, with Burles and his team guiding the selection. Barc then applies his signature low-intervention winemaking techniques, aiming to capture the true essence of Provence in every bottle.
